The private plate industry is a very niche market, the vast majority of private plate dealers operate as sole traders or act as resellers of other companies stock, these companies often do not have the resources to provide an adequate level of customer service and use unclear pricing structures to hide additional fees when buying and selling private registrations.
At Click4reg we do things differently, we have dedicated departments for sales, transfers and valuations. This means that we are able to provide the best possible service and keep our customers up to date throughout the purchase and transfer process, with regular updates at each stage of your purchase or sale, we also ensure that we have direct contact with owners of the registrations that we sell.
We always use clear pricing on our website and show a breakdown of all transfer fees and VAT charged on each registration, with no hidden charges at the end of the order process or when sellers are due for payment.

We are a member of The Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMI), they are the leading retail automotive trade body in the UK, they ensure that all companies adhere to good quality standards within the motoring industry, in recent years they have been providing guidance to all private registration dealers on good pricing practices and ensuring that its members adhere to clear and transparent pricing on all number plates sold.

Since 1991 Investors in People has set the standard for better people management, they have a strict set of requirements which its members must follow which includes a rigorous assessment of companies structure and framework in place to make sure that the staff are fully trained and have the right skills for the job.
