Delivery Notifications

Once your order has been placed we will send you a confirmation email to the email address you provided. Please check junk/spam folders if you do not receive this.

Delivery Times and Provider

All letters and documents are sent using Royal Mail First Class. Acrylic number plates are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is usually 1-2 working days, but please check the Royal Mail website for current timescales. Click4reg Ltd cannot be held responsible for undue delay via post.

We can only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Fraud Prevention

To prevent fraud all documents will only be sent to the cardholder's billing address.

If a document needs to be sent to a different address we would first need to get written permission from the cardholder.

For physical number plates we are legally required to obtain proof of identity before these can be created and dispatched.
