It’s pretty much a guarantee that there will be one person in your family who has uttered the phrase ‘adverts aren’t what they used to be!’ With increasingly cheesy and annoying commercials plaguing our screens; we have decided to kick back and take a look at some of the best car adverts ever created.
From the quirky to cute, we have collated the funniest and most creative car adverts for your enjoyment! How many do you remember?
10. Audi R8 Big Game Commercial – Commander – Extended Cut
Audi’s ‘Commander’ commercial is simple but effective. Looking to put the fun and excitement back into life; a son allows his father to revisit his youth and reminds us as viewers that, in your mind, you never grow old.

A great follow on advert to the original Skoda Fabia Cake commercial.
2. Skoda Fabia Advert - Original Cake Car
Skoda’s Fabia cake advert took a great deal of effort and creativity. Check out the making of the life-sized car-cake. According to the BBC, ‘the cake took 8 people 10 days to make. The chassis was built up with sponges and the moulded parts of the bodywork are made with a mixture of Rice Krispies. The estimated cost was £500,000 to make which is approximately 62 times the cost of the actual vehicle.’
